Wendy Russell and Wade Woodcroft - Founding Directors

Wendy joined the real estate industry in 1997 and has since gained an all-round experience in the areas of agency management, negotiation, sales administration, property management, marketing, and human relations. During her career, Wendy has provided support to a number of locally owned and national real estate companies, prior to establishing her own agency. S8013IP

Wendy has held a full real estate agents license since 2004 in addition to attaining tertiary qualifications in business and marketing in 2001 and a property developer's license in 2009.

Wade began his career in the property industry in 1997 as a qualified carpenter in Brisbane, moving quickly into a supervisory role for builder Belwood Homes. Shifting his focus in 2004 to property sales, Wade acted as manager to the sales division of real estate agency Investwell Properties where he was responsible for the successful negotiation of several properties in and around the Gladstone region. Now a licensed Builder, Wade has combined his proven property negotiation skills with his knowledge of construction to form a keen interest and foundation of expertise in residential development.

Together, Wendy and Wade formed Investwell Properties in September 2004 – a regionally based real estate agency specialising in residential sales and property management. Both partners built the agency from the ground up and in December 2008, a team of local property managers bought the management rights of the property management business and re-branded the agency as their own. In the following months, Investwell Properties incorporated property development and project management into their property mix and in 2010, restructured their property interests under the trademarked Artation brand after relocating their offices to Brisbane.

Melinda Apps – Property Manager

Melinda Apps joined Artation to further her real estate career and is responsible for the management of Artation’s Asset Management Division. Her previous role as an office all-rounder – serving both property management and sales departments for a busy Kallangur based agency sets the stage for her role as Property Manager with Artation. Prior to her 3 years in real estate, Melinda fulfilled a managerial role for her previous employer of 8 years. Melinda’s bubbly personality along with her passion for real estate is recognised among all of our clients and she is always willing to go the extra mile for our tenants and landlords.

Gail Woodcroft – Leasing and Inspections Coordinator

Gail Woodcroft joins the team at Artation following 6 years in the construction industry, serving as the primary administrator for a Redcliffe based fencing firm. Gail grew up in Sandgate and has lived in Redcliffe for most of her life. Her role as Leasing and Inspections Coordinator forms an integral part of our Asset Management Team, being our eyes and ears in the field. Gail’s attention to detail and property knowledge, combined with her ability to effectively communicate with tenants, prospective clients, trades and in-house team members is a strong asset to our team.

Jessica Coleman - Marketing Coordinator

Jessica Coleman began her real estate career in 2003 and has worked alongside the Directors of Artation since 2006, prior to which she held a Sales and Marketing role with Colliers International in Victoria. Jessica is responsible for the marketing of the Artation brand across each division, in addition to managing the group's clientele database and online presence. She has a strong administrative background and holds an allround expertise in all facets of real estate.

Kelly Follett - Administrator

Kelly Follett is responsible for first impressions and administrative assistance to our asset management team. Kelly comes from a hospitality background and her bright and bubbly personality leaves a lasting impression of comfort and ease with anyone who makes contact with Artation. A newcomer to the industry, Kelly enjoys playing a key role in the office, providing much needed support to our management team and doing it with a smile.
